Here's another of these stories now common of drivers blindly following their satnav, unfortunately this time, the driver drowned!

Thanks TeleAtlas for not having checked your road network for the last 30 years (the reservoir was built in 1989!) So much for assured data quality in authoritative commercial datasets!
