re-project kung kinakailangan pero madami dami rin yun.

CI produced a dataset ng rivers based on the Namria 125.000k. Pero They also 
produced a Philippine shoreline that includes main rivers (eg. Cagayan River) 
based on 1:50k topo maps.  Extracting the polylines of the rivers might is easy 
and can be used temporarily while the Landsat river system is on the way being 
digitized.

May specific province ba pagsisimulan ng focus ng mapping? or lahat basta na 
apektuhan ng bagyo?
