Hi, an article (sorry, in German) http://www.golem.de/1104/82985.html pointed out there is a list of alternative fuel-stations provided for the US. That especially includes new electric fuel-stations, apart from the gas-stations which have been around for some time.
http://www.afdc.energy.gov/afdc/locator/stations/ When trying to download the data you must accept terms and conditions, which -if I read them right- provide free rights to use the data for other purposes ("may be used for any purpose whatsoever"). Might it be interesting to contact them for a cooperation, maybe setup a small "sync" for that dataset?
