Thanks for the response Richard. I found the following site that does generate maps for cities: http://www.maposmatic.org/new/. The issue here is that we'd need to change the style sheet to format for printed pages instead of a 4' x 8' map. Creating our own style sheet is definitely also a possibility as well.
