Hi, I would like to create a table with polygons that delimit all countries borders.
But I can't import the planet.osm file because I don't have the right computer to make this. The goal is to know in which country a point is by using St_Contains(country polygon, myPoint) when the tag "addr:country" is not present. Because my set of data gets three different countries but I don't have all of these countries, so I cannot calculate borders without all data. Thank you for you help, Kin
