I am using the QGIS OSM POLY export plugin to create POLY files that I use to cut datasets from the planet. It does however not seem to support multipolygons, even though the POLY format does[1]. Is there another way to create POLY files from a shapefile so that multipolygons are taken into account and properly converted?
