First (correct me Tom if I'm wrong) we don't seem to have a very high bounce percentage.

2nd naturally we could work around the privacy and data protection issues (for example by having an OSMF WG to investigate such addresses) if we thought that the effort would be worth it (see above). Just wholesale publishing is a big no no.

I'm not sure there is any "contract" to breach, but it would certainly breach our privacy policy and UK law so no, it won't be happening.
