Is this a wind up? What makes you think Bing is accurate? Bing is 12 (twelve) years old here.

I think the idea of running round with GPSes and using the traces of dubious accuracy or tracing from satellite images is really a bit dated these days.
You certainly need to align Bing imagery so you do need to "run around with a GPS" to make any sense of the Bing imagery. The last time I looked Bing doesn't have any names on it, speed limits, access restrictions ...

Sorry, this really must be a wind up that I've risen to.
