What's with the hostility? Surely the OP could have provided some more
context - a quick google search turned up this page from within the Uni
Münster domain[1]. Anyone wanting to find out about the legitimacy of OP's
claims could have found that in 10 seconds.

Furthermore, I just took the survey and, even if the quality of the survey
leaves something to be desired, no personal information is collected at all
(which I define as any information that can be related to me as an
individual).
