All the translations of http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ
are currently out-of-date and refer to the CC-BY-SA, with the exception of the Japanese one (at least I think so... :) ).
This is a page that people often refer to for their "can I do this...?" answers. So if you have the time to translate it into your local language, please do. It's not too long so shouldn't be a mammoth job.
