"By" is not sufficient for indicating the openness of the license and © for copyright refers to closeness. I suggest using decipherable abbreviations. You could have to abbreviate : "Open Database license by OpenStreetMap contributors" and that could be something like : Op. licen. OpStrtMap contrib. Too long? Can be ameliorated?
