You will find links to wiki and help.osm.org via the Link "help" on the top. But in my opinion it is too complicated to click twice. The other way arround why do we need an Export button at such a prominent position? If we really need this it should be moved to the export/share sidebar. The Link to the welcome page could be moved to the welcome window, too.
