User "mangoyang" has been doodling random multipolygons in the middle of the North Sea, Thames Estuary and the Severn Estuary, some of which purport to be buildings... He (or she) has only 35 edits to their name so it may be a case of the user using an empty piece of the world for practise. The edits don't seem to have done any damage as such. Shall I just go ahead and remove them?
