This is not what Skybox has stated publicly (later), see https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/legal-talk/2014-November/008053.html This may or may not be in conflict with what Mikel wrote, but in any case there is more than enough fuzziness to sit quiet at this point in time. Simon
