The general answer is that if you have a disagreement with another mapper, try in order:
1. Contact and engage with that mapper via notes on the changeset (or better yet) a private message via the OSM message system. 2. Write to your local or national mailing list. Again at this point it's generally better to avoid naming names, just yet. 3.
