one example from German TV (fiction, not docu) was mentioned here by Frederik (screenshot linked): https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-de/2015-May/111079.html In 2004 OSM appeared in the popular (in Germany) tv film series Tatort: http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=27232 And there have been more, you can find them mentioned in the archives...
