Thanks. I was able to use the API links and copy-and-paste the co-ordinates into Level0 to create the nodes. It would probably be easier if the normal web page for notes would display the co-ordinates, and better still if there was something in Potlatch to create a node from a note.

are shown on the map so you can just create a node in the same
