HI! Many of us encounter burnout and/or exhaustion in open communities. This is not something that people share often on these lists, but it is a growing issue across open organizations.
There is a survey asking for input from Open Source Initiative: The survey uses the *FLO* (Free/Libre/Open) acronym instead of *FLOSS* because the scope of the research includes projects that aren't primarily about software. In most ways, you can think of *FLO* and *FLOSS* as being equivalent.
