I have JOSM 19613 on my main Win 11 machine with no issues. On my "spare" laptop, also Win 11, it will not upgrade - if I try to run the Windows exe to install a new version, I am asked for the admin account's PIN, and as soon as I give it, it starts to run then closes almost instantly, and I am left with the old version (19439).
I can see no options to debug, nor can I find a log. I have waited a few weeks and tried with a later installer, downloaded today, but the same happens.
