Hallo, Hat auch von Euch jemand Probleme mit dem 'du' Programm, wenn Ihr es auf ein ntfs Dateisystem loslasst? Es gibt mit keinem anderen Programm, das lesend auf /mnt/win/sys zugreifen will, Probleme. Bei 'du' bekomme ich fälschlicherweise aber stets "0" als Größe ausgegeben:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/mnt/win/sys$ du --version du (coreutils) 5.0.90 [...] >> Das --max-depth=0 soll nur die Ausgabe etwas beschränken, die Größenangabe ist auch mit N>0 oder ganz ohne --max-depth die gleiche. Der changelog der coreutils (so heisst das debianpaket, das u.a. du installiert) bringt nichts interessantes zutage, unter /usr/src/linux/Documentation/filesystems/ntfs.txt finde ich unter "Known bugs and (mis-)features" nur folgenden mir nichts sagenden Text: << Known bugs and (mis-)features ============================= - The link count on each directory inode entry is set to 1, due to Linux not supporting directory hard links. This may well confuse some user space applications, since the directory names will have the same inode numbers. This also speeds up ntfs_read_inode() immensely. And we haven't found any problems with this approach so far. If you find a problem with this, please let us know. >> Kann hier evtl. der Fehler liegen?
