Pranav,
I am using E72 and initially I too had similar problem. The keys next to
the spacebar are left @ and right question mark. For changing case, second
key from the left in the bottom row. This key should be preceded prior to
changing case. It will say "edit". If you have not upgraded firmware to
018 please don't do it as talks does not read the symbol list thereafter.

Hi all,
I need assistance with the keyboard layout of the Nokia E72. Does
anyone have a document that describes the keys? I know which are the
soft keys and the d pad. However, I cannot tell which key is the
contacts key or what are the keys on either side of the spacebar.
By the way, I am having quite a time managing on a qwerty phone. I
keep making mistakes when typing. <sigh
Pranav I will be trying Bernard's suggestion of holding the phone in
landscape orientation so to speak to see if it helps.
