Hi. If U drag your finger round the touch screen, without lifting it off, it will tell U what things do. Keys 1 and 2 R not physical keys on the C6, they are part of the touch screen. Most of the time, they are at the bottom of the screen, above the call and end keys. Sometimes, they move, and are at the very left and right above the qwerty keyboard when it's open.
