Make sure your entering it in the right field. Also you don't have to put
the dashes in it and that it is input correctly.

hi all, I had asked about a license transfer a few weeks ago. My friend
chose to upgrade imei license to a new phone. We have made the transaction
on talknav's site and got the serial number. We have installed talks5.23 and
tried registering it but talks says invalid serial number. Do we do
something wrong? We have chosen the upgrade talks license from the talknav
online shop. Do we have to install previous versions? does not this include
the latest version?
