For the most part, you can not read character by character or word by word on the web. However in saying that, you can do a spell line Talks long up arrow. You can also arrow down and then bring up the Talks object viewer and arrow to the line in question and then press select again then arrow down to the text in question and press select. This then will bring up the talks dictionary. Now you can read the line you want based on how you have your phone setup for text entry. Just remember when you are done to press soft key2 and answer no to the question. Hopefully that help some.
