Marcus I tried the Volume factor at 100 percent and still noticed the
scratchyness and hissing.
Ok - do you have a specific example (e.g. a menu item) where this is
particularly audible, and which sounded significantly better with
Eloquence 6.1.123, so I can reproduce this on a phone here?
Also, it might be useful to post your "speed" and "pitch" settings -
possibly this has something to do with it.
