Hi Eleanor and all. Firstly, I don't have Talks on my Sim or Memory card.
When I was in the Nokia shop yesterday I asked them to make sure the phone had the latest firmware on it. They checked with the Nokia website and confirmed that this was indeed the latest firmware that was showing.
