I am relyably informed as Maurice stated yesterday, that this can be to do with the SIM card. In my case I have Vodafone and until Vodafone sign the update we are unable to get it. Must be the same for Maurice. Let's hope that this happens soon as the link I sent to the list last night showed that the 22.014 update became available in August 2011.
