Dear Mr./Mrs./Miss
My name is Muhammad Fandi Azhari Ardiwinata, I am the 3rd of 7 children of
Drs. Achmad Allatief Ardiwinata. It is with deep grieve to inform that on the
3rd of December at 1.15 am my father passed away peacefully on his bed infront
of his wife and children. I apologize for the delay in information, its been
really heptic at home. On behalf of my father and family, I would like to
apologize and ask for fogiveness if my father has ever made any mistakes. And i
like to inform that my family has overcome our grieve for the lost of our
father/husband. My father passed away peacefully and without much pain, and it
seems apropriet that we shouldn't be to deep in our grieve.
