Daniel Lapadula will be in South Florida for only two more weeks before
leaving for an extended tour of Pittsburgh, Cleveland, San Francisco and
other destinations. He will be gone until late November. So this will be
the last few chances for resident and visiting tangueros in the area to
take advantage of his great classes in club style tango. (We are all
anxiously awaiting for his video with Dolores De Amo on club style
technique, to be released soon.)
Classes are at the Hallandale Cultural Center at SE 3rd Street and
Federal Highway in Hallandale (just across Federal Highway/Highway 1 from
Gulf stream Park). There is ample free parking.
Sundays 7:00-8:30, followed immediately by a milonga until
12:00
Wednesdays 7:00-830 beginner/intermediate
8:30-10:00 intermediate/advanced
Cost: Sunday $10 for class and milonga
Wednesday $10 for each class/$15 for both
At the last milonga on Sunday, September 2, we were happy to see many new
faces, several tangueros from Buenos Aires and old friends back from
vacations.
Everyone is welcome to attend the classes, regardless of dance level.
