Workshop Alert!

Mariela Franganillo and Cesar Coehlo will be in Dallas, November 1-3 to
give a workshop in Argentine tango for intermediate to advanced tango
dancers.

Among the features of the workshop is a musicality class taught by
bandoneonist Hector Del Curto.

Friday, November 1st

Saturday, November 2nd
1:00-2:30 pm - Quality of Movement (Skills for Fluidity, Self-Expression
               and Connection)
3:00-4:30 pm - The Art of Tango Turns

Sunday, November 3rd
1:00-2:30 pm - Vals
3:00-4:30 pm - Milonga

PRICES:
Classes are $35 for each.  Four to five classes are $30 per class.  (For
all
six classes, the price is $175.)

About Mariela Franganillo:
Mariela is widely regarded as one of the best tango dancers of her
generation.  She learned to dance tango in the milongas in Buenos Aires
before studying with Gustavo Naveira and dancing with his Tango Troupe in
1990.  Mariela has appeared in numerous shows including Forever Tango,
Tango Fusion and A Tribute to Astor Piazzolla.  Most recently she has
choreographed and starred in the off-Broadway production Swango - the
Fusion.

A gifted and enthusiastic teacher who has given workshops across the United
States, Canada and Japan, Mariela maintains an extensive instructional
program of tango at Dance Manhattan in New York City. She bring a fresh
enthusiasm for tango that is melded with polished skills, years of
experience, and a legacy that stretches back to the golden-era of tango
