Friday the 29th is the Bay Area Argentine Tango Association's Once in a Blue Moon Milonga. Proceeds go to the BATango Foundation for Education. This milonga is at the Sailing Center overlooking one of Oakland's most beautiful views - Lake Merritt. Class at 8 with Orlando Paiva Jr. and Mariana Melling ($5) The milonga starts at 9 and goes until 12:30. $13 for BAtango Members and $15 for non-members in advance. $2 more for tickets at the door. Two of the Bay Area's Best DJs; Roberto Riobo and Ruddy Zelaya will be there to keep the music going. Every ticket includes a raffle ticket for prizes worth as much as $130! Argentine food and wine, much much more! Saturday you can dance at the Danceasy in El Cerrito, Golden Gate Yacht Club in SF, and Sunday during the day join BATango and dance at Tango Gelato in San Francisco on Fillmore near Pine.
