Tuesday, December 17, 2002 - Forget those presents you still have to buy and those cards you still need to write! Join Tango Elegante hosts Ellen Sowchek, Jonelle Carter and guest teacher Helmut Salas, for some holiday dancing, merriment and refreshment. The evening begins with a lesson taught by Helmut, from 9:30-10:30 pm, followed by dancing until 12:30 am. We have some delicious treats planned, so don't eat a big dinner! We will be off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and will resume our regular Tuesday night milonga on January 7, 2003. Admission is $10.00. Thursday, December 19, 2002 - El Cachafaz, our brand new Thursday night milonga, was off to a great start last week. Join us this week for a terrific evening of tango and treats, milonga and mistletoe! Lessons begin at 9:30 pm, dancing is from 10:30 pm until 1:00 am. Admission is $10.00. Thursday, December 26, 2002 - El Cachafaz adopts a British custom and celebrates Boxing Day, the traditional name for the day after Christmas. Join us for an evening of dancing and good cheer. Lessons begin at 9:30 pm, dancing is from 10:30 pm until 1:00 am. Admission is $10.00. Come to any (or all!) of our milongas and enjoy our warm and friendly atmosphere, our wonderful music, our delicious refreshments and our fabulous 2000 square foot sprung wood dance floor.
