For Barbara and others in search of Portland, ME info.:
There are weekly classes in Portland at Maine Ballroom Dance taught by
Javier Bucher from Argentina. At some point there might have also been a
practice after class, but I'm not sure this is still the case. There are
no regularly-scheduled milongas right now. Information on tango in
