Workshops and Performance with
Analia Vega and Marcelo Varela
April 4-6, 2003
During the Friday evening Milonga, world renowned
tango dancers Marcelo Varela and Analia Vega will
delight the audience with a demonstration of their
dancing. Marcelo and Analia are considered among the
best professional dancers from Buenos Aires, and have
performed in the Broadway show "Forever Tango" and in
the movie "Evita" by Alan Parker.
For the second time, we are happy to welcome Marcelo &
Analia to Seattle. These two great dancers from
Argentina are known as inspiring teachers with a
modern style and focus on musicality. Partners not
required and couples will be encouraged to rotate
often throughout the class(es). $20 per class or all
5 classes for $80. Save these dates and times!

* Friday, April 4
Class 1 - 7:30-9:00PM - Tango Fundamentals
* Saturday, April 5
Class 2 - 5:30-7:00PM - Giros, sacadas and
positions on a shared axis.
Class 3 - 7:00-8:30PM - Milonga: rhythm, cadence
and movements for a crowded floor.
* Sunday, April 6
Class 4 - 4:30-6:00PM - Musicality and
connection
Class 5 - 6:00-7:30PM - Applied technique for
leaders and followers.
