Delve into the poetry and lyrics of the tango and gain a greater

enrich your dancing thru deepening your personal response with the music.

Ramiro Gigliotti dances and teaches the tango in Buenos Aires. He has taught
at such well known clubs and tango schools as: La Galería, Niño Bien, Salón
Canning, Universidad de Buenos Aires, and C.C. Torcuato Tasso to name a few.
He has toured through North America offering classes and performances in
United States and Canada. Ramiro is known for his "Music Seminar for Tango
Dancers", where he integrates his experience as both a musician and a dancer.
Here in NY will be the first time he offers his new lecture about the poetry
and lyrics of the tango. He studied with Jorge Dispari in "Salón Los
Pórticos" (estilo Villa Urquiza), and with his mentor, Graciela González. Two
other very important influences in Ramiro's studies were classes with José
Brahmecha (Turco José), one of the most personal salon tango dancers known in
Buenos Aires (estilo Villa Urquiza); and classes with renowned milonguero
Pupi Castello. Ramiro studied music at the Manuel de Falla Conservatory of
Music, and at the Argentine Musicians Syndicate.
