This is starting Paulo's second week here and I know that many of you have
already met him or danced with him in the milongas.  If you have, you know
what a charismatic personality he has and what a great dancer he is.  Many
of you have already experienced his clear and precise teaching.  Just to
remind you have his schedule this week:

Tonight (Thursday) FREE showing of the movie "Tango Lesson" by Sally Potter,
starring all time greats Pablo Veron, Fabian Salas, and Gustavo Naveira
followed by chat and demo with Paulo at the Tango Studio (notice location
change from Claremont Hotel) starting 7:15 p.m.

Friday May 2nd : Teaching and demo at the Monte Cristo Club before the
milonga 8-9 p.m., 136 Missouri at 17th St., SF.  Hosted by Gary and Nirmala

Saturday May 3rd:  Teaching and demo at the Golden Gate Milonga at the Yacht
Club 8-9 p.m. before the milonga, 1 Yacht Club Rd., SF.  Hosted by Steve and
Luz-Mary.

Saturday also brings us other good things like the first two classes in the
Advanced series:
1-2:30 p.m. Combinations with Barridas, Planeos and Wraps
2:30-4 p.m.  Giros combined with Sacadas, 180 degree.
these take place at the Tango Studio, Berkeley $25/ class or 6 for $120.

On Sunday the 4th, we have the beginner's series starting at the Claremont
Hotel, 41 Tunnel Rd., 11a.m. -12:30.
This is followed by the Tango Immersion series which starts at 1:30 p.m. and
continues with classes all afternoon until 6 p.m.
1:30-3 p.m.   The art of seduction and communication between the leader and
follower.       Energy transfer without  force
3-4:30 p.m. Technique exercises for upper and lower body dissociation  -
(weight loss while tangoing :>))))
4:30-6 p.m.   Imagery and metaphor in dance.

Most of all don't forget the special FREE practica, open to all, 8-10 p.m.
on Sunday at the Claremont Hotel.
