This class is for all levels. Beginners accepted. Intermediate and
advanced will receive instruction about how to make a choreography and how
to listen at the music. Marcelo had made more than 50 choreographies for
himself and others. Also, Marcelo is preparing a show in which he will need
several couples to integrate it.
SATURDAY ADVANCE CLASS 8:00pm at Danceasy, 9951 San Pablo Ave, El Cerrito.
Theme: GANCHOS & WRAPS. Price: $12 for class and dance, $10 for dance only

You will learn practical things that make sense when dancing Tango.
You will develop a great technique that truly belongs to Tango (it is
separate from ballet, ballroom and other dance forms these dances are
great themselves, but their style and techniques are significantly
different).
Lead and follow:
Marcelo Solis is a knowledgeable instructor who is skilled in teaching
both leaders and followers. He will focus attention on details for both
women and men.
Commitment:
You will have a firm commitment from Marcelo that your time and energy
will be put to good use.
As part of Marcelo s instructional style, each student will have
opportunity to dance with him to learn first hand the intricacies of this
dance.
Assistance:
Marcelo has assembled a team of experienced assistants to help each
student along the way.
Everyone will receive personal attention as they learn new steps and
figures.

Tuesday - BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE CLASS 7:30-8:30 pm, classes. Social Hall,

Attention: SALSA CLASS starting Tuesday June 24th, at 6:30-7:30 pm.

Friday - FUNDAMENTALS AND TECHNIQUE CLASS FOR ALL LEVELS - 8:00-9:00 pm,
PRACTICA 9:00-midnight. Lafayette Dance Center, 3369 Mt. Diablo Boulevard,
Lafayette. Price: $10 per person for class & practice, $5 for practice
only, $36 per person 4 lessons + practice in a month. (Hors d'oeuvres and
refreshments included). Themes: walk, posture, balance, pivots, ochos,
traspies, turns, molinetes, embellishments for tango, vals and milonga. Off
street parking is available and the studio is within walking distance from
Bart Lafayette.

COLLECTION. Finally Marcelo got his collection of videos of his teachers and
favorite performers. 7:30 pm to 11 pm Milonga. Come and enjoy a inspiring
