In honor of Boston Tango Day and to accommodate the numerous out-of-town guests who are making there way to Boston, we will accept all on-site registrations today with pre-registration rate. Please note that online registration is now closed and you should come directly to our venues to register. We still have openings in classes and for the cruise, but space is rapidly filling up. For tonight s registration, please report to Mt. Auburn VFW Post, 688 Huron Ave, Cambridge (near Fresh Pond). Registration begins at 6pm and beginning at 8pm just prior to the start of our opening ceremony and milonga, there will be a free shuttle running between Harvard Square Subway Station and the Milonga. If you are taking public transportation, please look for 2 sedans with a sign bearing, Boston Tango Festival. Tonight we feature special musical guest Katie Viqueira and her band. Also featured are exhibition performances by our Argentine Masters. Catered food is available for sale, and numerous vendors will be on-site as well.
If you are coming during the day tomorrow during our classes, please report directly to the Boston Arts Academy, 174 Ipswich St, Boston. The easiest way to find it is by going to Historic Fenway Park and look for the Large Sign that read, GATE B Entrance. The beige building across the street from Gate B at Fenway Park is the Boston Arts Academy. We look forward to seeing all of you as we celebrate Argentine Tango this week both on land and on sea.
