*** Friday, May 22nd, 6:30pm, Technique for Close Embrace Tango Salon
w/Vals
We encourage experienced dancers to attend this session. Especially
people who don't normally have access to us will find it extremely
rewarding.
*** Friday, May 22nd, 7:15pm, "A Figure" w/Vals. We will offer something
for every skill level in the room. NO ONE will be disappointed. EVERYONE
will be challenged.
*** Friday, May 22nd, 8pm, "B Figure" w/Vals. Again, we will make sure
that every skill level is challenged. Tango rhythmus will be the foundation
and we will demonstrating each pattern in Vals (waltz) rhythm.
*** Friday, May 22nd, 9pm - ???, "Milonga (Not So) Elegante", We will
have our light hors d'oeuvre spread for your enjoyment, our normal superior
floor, sound, environment and the best "Golden Age" recordings of tango
dance music.
*** Monday, May 25th, 7pm, Workshop of Milonga Trespie, $20, Int/Adv. We
will offer material for experienced tango dancers but we encourage dancers
of all levels to attend. You can change partners or stay with the person
you came with but please come with someone. For those with extensive
experience, be aware that we are milonga specialists and we will give you
material that is difficult to find anywhere else. As an incentive to come
with a partner, we are offering a "couples price of $35! A "couple" is 1
leader and 1 follower.
*** Monday, May 25th, 8:30pm - 1am, Memorial Day Milonga, $10 (FREE
w/workshop) The Tango House milongas on Memorial Day and Labor Day are
traditions and have become among the best annual milongas in this area. We
will put out a light spread of delicious and healthy hors d'oeuvre, and you
can expect the same high quality experience you have come to expect of The
Tango House.
