Maybe, just maybe, like everywhere and everyone, there is a bell curve here... Are Argentines exempt because they are Argentine? No, I really don't think so...
So, 10% are useless no hopers that even with lessons can't dance... Then 15% are beginners.... etc to 10% that are professional level and above..... Is this possible? Why bother with all the rest? Really, they dance there more unless like teachers around the world, dance daily....
