To tango 22

You are right, really good dancers do not memorize the music; THEY FEEL IT and
they dance to the feeling that they get from the music at the time they are
dancing. The feeling changes with each tango and even with the same tango
danced at a different point in time or with a different partner. That is why
two tangos are never alike. The relationship between dancers and with the
music is an intimate one that cannot be replicated. It is created in the
moment. However, knowing the music and knowing the meaning of the lyrics helps
enormously in responding intimately, with feeling, to tango.
