kalo yang bisa disandingkan dengan postfix untuk ngecek attachment terutama
virus di M$ Office ? apa ClamAV cukup ampuh ?

Cukup ampuh, malah kita bisa buat sendiri signature virusnya, biasanya
virus lokal. Kalo ingin buat, saya buatkan tutorialnya.
Selain clamav, ada juga avast for Linux, bitdefender dan banyak lagi.
