Checkbox should render DelegateSuffix

Since the Checkbox is validatable as of 4.0 it should also render the
DelegateSuffix as the TextField, DatePicker do. The solution would be to simply
add a renderDelegateSuffix(writer, cycle); call at the end of the
renderFormComponent method of Checkbox.
