RequestGlobals.store(WebRequest request, WebResponse response) is called in the
class InvokeEngineTerminator.
Why not calling the method in WebRequestServicerPipelineBridge as done with
RequestGlobals.store(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
Benefit:
Services called in the WebRequestServicerPipeline can use other services that
depend on
the fully initialized RequestGlobals.
