With the current version I'm using, most of the funny behaviors have
dropped out.

It is unstable just after first sharing a project.  I've found that
you need to perfom a "Replace with Latest ..." after sharing a project
and before marking anything as svn:ignore.

Also, sometimes the .svn folders show up in the navigator, but that
can go away after closing and re-opening the project.  Again, seems
related to when you first share a project.
