Hello everyone,
I was wondering, when I use client side javascript validation for
numbers in a text field, it works fine as long as the application's
Locale is not French. As you may be aware of, here in France, we use
the comma (,) in place of the dot (.) to mark decimal formats. But
then, the javascript code that tapestry uses does not recognize a
number in the form #,## to be a valid number, thus preventing me to
use client side javascript validation unless I rewrite something of
my own. Are there any plans to improve this (I'm sure it's a very
minor concern to you :D ) ? Maybe I'll try to look at this more in
details later on, maybe you'll be interested in my corrections/
suggestions/patches/whatever I manage to do with that ^^
anyway, great work on tapestry4 !
Olivier
