I will happily revert if necessary.

I'm not sure if my eclipse version is just newer than what the workbench
launcher was created with or ?.. but my particular version of jetty (5.14)
didn't have exactly the libs referenced in the launcher (like
crimson/others) so I created a workspace scoped classpath reference called
"JETTY_DIR". I then added all the jetty jars to it.

The good thing about this is that the launcher doesn't have to list the jars
individually anymore, but instead has them all added automatically behind
the scenes. (I'm guessing this is what it was already doing before, but my
bleeding edge hard on for things new and shiny have me using eclipse
3.2m4which may be incompatible)
