As much as I'd like to play with my new headphones I think including geoff in these meetings is pretty important.
Perhaps we can do irc meetings as the norm, and skype sessions will be less informal get-togethers for people ? Of course none of this will be relevant without howard there ;), so we'll definitely have to make a schedule that works for him. So, how about bi-monthly. Like say, every other wednesday at some convenient time of day ? I think howard will need to provide a little direction in picking a day and time, then we can proceed with the caveat that he may not always be able to make it but will try when he can.
