Hmm... 4.1 is still 4.X. :-D

I'm going to be trying to get the remaining 3.X issues fixed (after
working out the 3.0.4 documentation building issues) in hopes of
a 3.0.5 (possibly 3.1 instead, but I don't see that yet). I can, if
you'd like, work on 4.0.X bug fixes and then tie those in to your 4.1
work. What I definitely want to avoid is the long delay between releases.

Thoughts?
