I'd need to see your HTML templates and such to be able to help with your
looping.

Creating a Frame component hasn't been a priority for me.  It would be
fairly simple to create one it's just that there is generally less of a need
to create a <frame> when using Tapestry ... frames are a poor-man's
component.  You should add a feature request and we'll see if I or someone
(or you) puts one together.  There was an eariler discussion about how to
generate the URL for a frame ... please search the mailing list.
